Home Bar Manager

Privacy Policy

Home Bar Manager keeps your counter organized — cocktail recipes, bottle inventories, pour ratios, and garnish notes on your iPhone. This page explains what we may access, what stays in your private bar ledger, and what we never share with liquor advertisers or taste-data resellers.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Home Bar Manager mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for hosts using the app and visitors reading this page.

Information

Home Bar Manager does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, age verification ID, or payment card for core bar-management tools.

Recipe titles, bottle tags, pour amounts, and tasting notes you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.

Remote Templates

When the app loads shared copy — welcome screens, sample recipes, or placeholder bottle labels — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic mixology text, not your private bar inventory.

Photos

If you attach bottle shots or cocktail photos, Home Bar Manager may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to import. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.

Device

Standard iOS storage and networking support optional templates and updates. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.

Hosting

Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.

Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.

Minors

Home Bar Manager is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.

Retention & Security

Recipes and inventories you keep in Home Bar Manager remain under your control on your device. Remove entries in-app or delete the application to clear local storage.

We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat pour notes like a locked back-bar ledger, not a public menu.

Your Choices

Close Home Bar Manager whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for a tighter offline bar notebook where supported.

Updates

We may revise this policy as Home Bar Manager evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.
